Shipping Policy for Rainbow Irrigation

At Rainbow Irrigation, we strive to provide our customers with reliable and timely shipping services. This policy outlines our shipping process, costs, and other important information to ensure a smooth delivery experience for all orders.

2. Shipping Destinations:

We ship to all regions within South Africa. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. 

3. Processing Time:

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs:

We offer the following shipping methods:

PostNet to PostNet (NOT AVAILABLE TO ANY PUMPS): R149,00

Door to Door delivery (Not available to Pumps): R350,00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Issues:

- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

- In case of a lost or damaged package, please notify us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to include international destinations in the near future.
